We currently use Powerful Forms for the immediate collection and statistics happening on our sites of legislated safety documents and company required forms.

How do you use the Powerful Forms?

Powerful forms has been launched to all our supervisors and employees who carry a company cell phone or tablet, which gives access to all employees our documents and training videos as well as the competency quizzes.

Tell us about the results and the changes following the digital forms.

Prior to using Powerful Forms due to the remote locations of a few of our job sites it would take 2 weeks for the safety paperwork to filter back to safety, but with Powerful Forms it is collected as soon as its completed and lets us know if there are any issues, what needs to be looked at now, rather than weeks later when it may be to late.

What are your plans to develop the digitalized part of your workflow?

With the great support of Powerful Forms and their continual development we are not only using it for our safety documents but also for any theory training requirements, as the participant can receive their results ( and correct answers) immediately saving time and money to have others correct the tests.
